SUN PRINTS (CYANOTYPE)
with Renata Buziak
EVENT DATE: 10.00AM -12.00AM, Friday 4th January 2019
LOCATION: Grey Street Gallery, Queensland College of Art, Griffith University, 226 Grey street, South Bank
Have you ever experienced photography without a camera? Come along and learn about one of the earliest historical photographic processes: the cyanotype.
During the workshop you will create your own unique cyanotype print using natural materials, other objects and sunlight.
Cyanotype materials and some objects will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own small, flat items (such as pieces of lace, fabric, string, black card, permanent marker, plant cuttings) to use in your composition.
Suitable for adults and children 8+ accompanied by a parent or carer.
Renata Buziak would like to thank the Queensland Government, “Polonia” – The Polish Association of Queensland Inc and QCA Galleries for their generosity in making this Event happen.
Renata Buziak is supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland.
