Get your kids and come along to the Children’s Day at PolArt 2018 Brisbane. Through arts and crafts, dance, music and short animated films, children are able to experience the wonderful and colourful traditions of Poland… and it’s ALL FREE!
Staged within the State Library of Queensland precinct, approximately 100 childrens of Polish heritage from around Australia and New Zealand will perform in a free variety concert throughout the day.
A wide range of Polish art and craft stalls, music, short films and children’s books will be showcased affording community members of all ages an experience they will never forget. Folkloric dance workshops, Polish nursery rhyme musical games and traditional storytelling will ensure children are immersed in the overall cultural theme.
Polish food stalls will also allow you to sample the delights of Polish cuisine.
The Brisbane community itself respects and enjoys the diverse multicultural nature of its people, and events such as this one further promotes goodwill and harmony.
